What goes best with good news? Blue Moon Valencia Grove Amber- of course! A copper colored Ale with roasted malt, Valencia orange peels and a touch of wheat makes this Ale smooth ‘til the final drop. Another fine addition to the growing Blue Moon family.

Congratulations Williamsburg the lovely Charles Binstead will be moving in! Cheers to many long runs, lunges, burpees and post workout adult beverages with a new gorgeous view! To many fun times ahead!

I just paid $14 for a 6-pk of Sam Adams Whitewater IPA - flavors of spice and apricot- it was an IPA kind of day.
Adding to the list of “New things in 2013” I’ll be making my own beer come summer.

Todays brunch choice was a difficult one at Two Door Tavern in Williamsburg: Red Velvet pancakes or a Tuscan Grilled Cheese with prosciutto and sweet potato fries- deciding factor? Brooklyn Brewery Irish Stout! Paired nicely with the grilled cheese.
Post brunch & apartment review with the lovely Charles Binstead, a perfectly poured Guinness at Spike Hill was perfect on this crisp Spring day. Fingers crossed for many more in the ‘Burg.
As always “Binny knows best”!

I’m sad for the boy who gave up beer for lent. However, the Guinness wasn’t poured correctly tonight. Maybe the Princeton Club makes a better Martini.

Let me get this blog going with a big “Cheers” to everyone! I’m going to jump right in…today is Thanksgiving. A day for family, friends, Mrs. Reglin’s mushroom stuffing and Beer (and a bit of turkey).
I spend this most very amazing day with my family in Buffalo NY (more about that later). One of my favorite things is each year my father fills the fridge with various beers from the local tap room. It’s kind of like Christmas with the anticipation of what wonderful flavors await me.
Just look at the possibilities!
